How to Open and Extract RAR or Zip Files on Android

Rar or Zip files can be Extracted using Both Windows and Android Devices

Extract Rar / zip file on Android:

Here's how to open RAR and ZIP in Android.

1. Download AndroZip File Manager first, then install it on your Android, then run the AndroZip File Manager.
2. Locate and then select the file that you want to extract RAR or ZIP
3. After selecting the navigation screen will appear, if you want to include in another folder can select extract, but if you want to extract in the same place can choose Extract Here.
4. If the extract here fails, can by selecting the View the archive
5. After that select the file which you want to extract, if all the files can select Check All, and select Extract
6. Folders will be successful in the extract file as shown below

Extract Rar / zip file on Windows:

1. Save the .rar file to the desktop. If your compressed file was downloaded from a website, it may be saved in the Downloads folder in your Documents or user directory.
2. Launch WinZip from your start menu or Desktop shortcut. Open the compressed file by clicking File > Open. If your system has the compressed file extension associated with WinZip program, just double-click on the file.
3. Select all the files and folders inside the compressed file. Or multi-select only the files or folders you want to open by holding the CTRL key and left-clicking on them.
4. Click 1-click Unzip and choose Unzip to PC or Cloud in the WinZip toolbar under the Unzip/Share tab.
5. Choose the destination folder to place the extracting files and click "Unzip" button.
6. Find your extracted files in the destination folder.
